|01-13-20||Magic v. Kings -2||Top||114-112||Loss||-105||11 h 13 m||Show|
Orlando at Sacramento 10:30 ET
Kings over Magic- Orlando was a game away from the breakeven point on the season but then took to the road where the Sun handed them a 98-94 loss while the Kings have won three of four before getting routed by Milwaukee. Marvin Bagley III returns after a six game absence and he can do nothing but help this young club. Sacramento placed in the favorites roll have struggled at home going 2-6 ATS and 2-9 ATS at home overall. Still the Kings are 5-0 ATS in the last five meetings as hosts against the Magic. Take SACRAMENTO!
|01-13-20||Clemson +6.5 v. LSU||Top||25-42||Loss||-115||25 h 57 m||Show|
Clemson vs L.S.U. 8:00 ET
Tigers (+) over Tigers- Okay, I must admit that LSU has had the more impressive resume and have shown to me that they were the best team in college football this year with the best quarterback. But, I am old school and don't believe the 'Champion' can be displaced until beaten. Clemson was undefeated last year and was crowned the Nation Champions and they have yet to lose this year, like boxing to me you 'must' defeat the champ. The 'public' of course is enamored with Louisiana State with Joe Burrow leading the way it is hard not to root for a team that defeated Alabama, Auburn and Georgia and everyone else they played and even the 'sharps' laying the points. The rap of Clemson is their scheduLe strength but they have proven worthy and will rise as an underdog (once again) here. Take CLEMSON!
|01-13-20||Thunder v. Wolves +2.5||Top||117-104||Loss||-100||9 h 15 m||Show|
Oklahoma City at Minnesota 8:05 ET
Timberwolves (+) over Thunder- Oklahoma City has been one of the best 'takes' in the NBA this season and is 26-13 ATS on the season and 14-5 ATS on the road including 10-1 ATS in their last 11. The Thunder are 12-14 SU in their last 14 while Minnesota has struggled and are just 5-11-1 ATS at home but ate 5-2 ATS overall in their last seven games. But the true stat to be noted is that OKC is just 1-8 ATS in the last nine meetings including 0-4 at Minnesota. Take the TIMBERWOLVES!
|01-12-20||Seahawks v. Packers -4||Top||23-28||Win||100||8 h 13 m||Show|
Seattle at Green Bay 6:40 ET
packers (-) over Seahawks- How many times does it have to happen to 'us' when playing against the Seahawks. Last week we lost all chances when Carson Wentz went do in the first quarter and Philadelphia was not able to make up for the drop off in talent level. To start with Seattle is 8-1 ATS in their last nine games as a road underdog. Green Bay has not looked the same this season and yet are the No. 2 seed in the NFC and are 7-1 ATS against teams with a winning record and 501 ATS in their last six playoff games and are 5-0-1 ATS in the last six meetings in Green Bay. The Packers still are led by Aaron Rogers and he will be the difference. Take GREEN BAY!
|01-12-20||Utah v. Colorado -7.5||Top||52-91||Win||100||7 h 52 m||Show|
Utah at Colorado 6:00 ET
Buffaloes (-) over Utes- Colorado got the tough part done by defeating ranked Oregon 74-65 and then fell against the lesser Oregon State 76-68. For Utah it has been just the opposite as they lost to Oregon and defeated Oregon State. This line appears a bit 'strong' to me as Utah is 10-3 ATS in their last 13 road games and 7-2 ATS as a road underdog but the favorite and the home team is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings. Although the Buffaloes are just 3-7 ATS as a home favorite but they are 13-6-1 ATS in their last 20 games at home. Take COLORADO!
|01-12-20||Michigan State v. Purdue +4.5||Top||42-71||Win||100||1 h 5 m||Show|
Michigan State at Purdue 12:00 ET
Boilermakers (+) over Spartans- I'm still sick about losing with Purdue (+5.5) in double-overtime 84-78 last time out but have the solace that 'we' won with MSU easily last time out. The Spartans are 5-0 in Big Ten play and lead the nation in assists with 19.8 per game while Purdue has won 14 straight conference games at home. Michigan State is just 1-5 ATS as road favorites and the home team is 3-0-1 ATS in the last four meetings and Purdue is 15-7-1 ATS in their last 23 home games and 8-1-2 ATS in their last 11 following a straight-up loss. Take PURDUE
|01-11-20||Florida v. Missouri +2.5||Top||75-91||Win||100||10 h 0 m||Show|
Florida at Missouri 8:30 ET
Tigers (+) over Gators- After a mini 4-game win streak the Tigers have dropped their last two losing at Kentucky and at home against Tennessee. Florida has won their last three and after falling to Butler and Utah State. The are Gators 10-4 ATS in their last 14 road games but are currently just 1-4 After a straight-up win. The Tigers are 7-4 SU at home and are in a great spot to pul off the upset. Take MISSOURI!
|01-11-20||Vikings +7.5 v. 49ers||Top||10-27||Loss||-130||21 h 44 m||Show|
Minnesota at San Francisco 4:35 ET
Vikings (+) over 49ers- The more I hear about this game I question whether the Vikings have a chance. Reports of grumbling from with-in and a media's constant barrage on Kirk Cousins (along with the public's opinion of him). But, there something to be said about having NFL playoff experience and having multiple appearances under your belt and that is something that San Francisco's Garappolo doesn't have yet. Minnesota is 5-2 ATS on the NFC road underdog is 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings. The notes on the Niners aren't so hot when you see that they are just 6-19-1 ATS as home favorites and 1-3-1 ATS in their last five home games overall. Take MINNESOTA!
|01-10-20||Heat v. Nets +4||Top||113-117||Win||100||8 h 10 m||Show|
Miami at Brooklyn 7:30 ET
Nets (+) over Heat- Miami has proven itself to be one of the better bets in the NBA this season as they are 22-13-2 ATS and are 17-1 straight-up at home. Brooklyn has lost seven straight games two of which went into overtime and are 0-7 ATS in those seven losses. The Heat are 15-7-1 ATS as a favorite and are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 meetings in Brooklyn. The Nets are 5-0 ATS in their last five games as a home underdog and are 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings overall. Take BROOKLYN!
|01-10-20||Maryland v. Iowa +2||Top||49-67||Win||100||7 h 0 m||Show|
Maryland at Iowa 7:00 ET
Hawkeyes (+) over Terrapins- These two have opened their seasons in different fashions as Iowa has play eight of their last 10 on the road whereas Maryland has play 10 of their first 15 games at home. No. 12 Maryland who dropped out of the Top-10 with a pair of losses but have rebounded with a win over Ohio State while the Hawkeyes have dropped their last two the last of which was to lowly Nebraska. Note that the Terrapins are just 1-4 ATS as road favorites and that Iowa is 6-0 ATS following an ATS loss and they are 5-0 ATS in their last five home games. Take IOWA!
|01-09-20||Purdue +5.5 v. Michigan||Top||78-84||Loss||-110||7 h 30 m||Show|
Purdue at Michigan 7:00 ET
Boilermakers (+) over Wolverines- Michigan started this season 7-0 and jumped from the unranked to No. 4 after defeating Gonzaga 82-64 in the Battle 4 Atlantis back in November but have lost four of their past seven including an 87-69 loss to Michigan State last time out. Purdue is off of a humiliating 63-37 loss at Illinois where they set a school record for futility by shooting just 25% from the floor. The Boilermakers are 4-0 ATS in their last four after a SU loss but just 3-9-1 ATS in their last 12 as a road underdog. Michigan is 18-6 ATS in their last 24 home games and are 10-1 ATS after a SU loss but are 1-4 ATS against teams with winning record. This one should play close. Take PURDUE!
|01-08-20||Illinois +4.5 v. Wisconsin||Top||71-70||Win||100||7 h 18 m||Show|
Illinois at Wisconsin 9:00 ET
Illini (+) over Badgers- After a shaky start to the season Wisconsin has put together four straight impressive wins including a 61-57 win at Ohio State last time out and a 20-point win over Tennessee. Made up the slack with two other centers down. Illinois has dropped 15 straight to the Badgers and just ended a 4-game losing streak with a great defensive effort against Purdue. Wisconsin has won all eight home games by double digits and yet with this series (15-0) streak going this 'price' is very cheap. Don't get sucked in the Wisconsin is coming off of their biggest win of the year. Take ILLINOIS!
|01-08-20||Kansas v. Iowa State +5.5||Top||79-53||Loss||-115||6 h 17 m||Show|
Kansas at Iowa State 8:00 ET
Cyclones (+) over Jayhawks- The No. 3 Jayhawks have won seven of eight including a conference opening home win over West Virginia meanwhile Iowa State has dropped their last two including a 81-79 loss in overtime at Texas Christian. Kansas was able to overcome a 10-point Mountaineers lead and were led by center Udoka Azubuike who leads the nation in field goal percentage at 81.1. But Iowas State is 5-1 ATS in their last six after a SU loss and the Jayhawks are just 3-10 ATS on the road. Take IOWA STATE!
|01-08-20||Raptors v. Hornets +3||Top||112-110||Win||100||7 h 11 m||Show|
Toronto at Charlotte 7:00 ET
Hornets (+) over Raptors- After winning the NBA title the Raptors started the season in fine fashion playing like true champions winning 21 of their first 27 games and then the injury bug hit. Last night Toronto had three starters down and had a late lead against Portland and then their fourth starter when down as Fred VanFleet went to the sideline with a hamstring injury and the Raptors fell short once again and have lost five of their last eight. Charlotte is just 2-6 ATS in his last eight games overall and have are 0-4 ATS in their last four home games as well as 2-5 ATS in their last seven as an underdog. Toronto is 1-3 in the second of back-to-back contests. Take CHARLOTTE!
|01-07-20||TCU +1.5 v. Kansas State||Top||59-57||Win||100||7 h 56 m||Show|
TCU at Kansas State 9:00 ET
Horned Frogs (+) over Wildcats- It is difficult to grasp how a team can play 13 games into January and have played just one true road game. TCU is 10-3 SU but only 4-8 ATS overall with their lone road game ending in a 62-60 loss at lowly Clemson. The Horned Frogs have shown point spread inconsistency going 1-7 ATS after a straight-up win. Kansas State doesn't seem to have the firepower of years past as they are just 7-6 SU and a miserable 1-7 ATS in their last eight home games and 2-9 ATS in their last 10 games overall. Take TEXAS CHRISTIAN!
|01-07-20||Blazers +3 v. Raptors||Top||101-99||Win||100||7 h 9 m||Show|
Portland at Toronto 7:00 ET
Trailblazers (+) over Raptors- Both of these clubs are struggling of late as Portland has dropped six of their last seven 'only covering' in their lone victory while the Raptors have dropped four of their last seven. Toronto won the first meeting 114-106 in Portland in mid-November with Pascal Siakam scoring 36 points but are now 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a win. The Trailblazers who are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 meetings in Toronto are just 1-6-1 ATS in their last eight games overall and are 0-6 ATS in their last six games as an underdog. That's all well and good but this 'price' tells that the Raptors just don't have it together without Siakam in the lineup. Take PORTLAND!
|01-06-20||West Virginia v. Oklahoma State +1||Top||55-41||Loss||-110||10 h 36 m||Show|
West Virginia at Oklahoma State 9:00 ET
Cowboys (+) over Mountaineers- West Virginia has already had a 'comeback' season at 11-2 as they were 15-21 under Bob Huggins. Oklahoma State was blown out in their Big-12 opener 85-50 by Texas Tech as they scored just 20 points in the second half but respond after defeats going 6-1 ATS following a straight-up loss. That fits well with against the Mountaineers who are 8-17-1 ATS in their last 26 games as a favorite and the fact that the Cowboys are 7-1 ATS in their last eight games as an underdog. Take OKLAHOMA STATE!
|01-06-20||Jazz v. Pelicans +3.5||Top||128-126||Win||100||8 h 39 m||Show|
Utah at New Orleans 8:00 ET
Pelicans (+) over Jazz- When these two clubs met in early November Utah scored a season high 128 points as Donovan Mitchell also scored a season high 37 points. New Orleans of course had a rough start to the season but have played well of late winning five of their last six. Speaking of playing well of last the Jazz have won their last five games SU and are 7-0 ATS in their last seven games overall and are 15-5-1 ATS in their last 21 meetings in New Orleans. The Pelicans are 5-0-1 ATS in their last six games overall and 5-1 ATS at home against teams with winning records. Take NEW ORLEANS!
|01-05-20||Wolves v. Cavs +3||Top||118-103||Loss||-105||8 h 21 m||Show|
Minnesota at Cleveland 7:30 ET
Cavaliers (+) over Timberwolves- The lowly Cavaliers who have lost their last three had a mini steak where they won four of five including a win at Minnesota. The Timberwolves who are 3-2 since injuries to Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins after an 11-game losing streak and are just 1-4 ATS as favorites and 1-6-1 ATS after a win of 10 points or more. Cleveland who is 8-17 ATS in their last 25 games overall are 5-2 as a home underdog and 8-3 ATS in their last 11 meetings against the T'wolves. Take CLEVELAND!
|01-05-20||Seahawks v. Eagles +1||Top||17-9||Loss||-110||18 h 2 m||Show|
Seattle at Philadelphia 4:40 ET
Eagles over Seahawks- The was no worse looking division champion than the Philadelphia Eagles as they had to win their last four to slip by the Cowboys. So banged-up are the Eagles that they were missing seven starters on offense in Week 17. Understand this, this Seattle team (especially Wilson's antics) have left me with a bloody nose and I don't want anyone to believe that this is a 'hate' bet...it is the STRONGEST NFL winner on the entire weekend. I have some great stats supporting Seattle as they are 10-3-2 ATS in their last 15 road games and that they are 15-6-4 ATS after as SU loss and they have dropped their last two. But, here I like this one the Seahawks are 2-5 ATS in their last seven playoffs games. I have god and bad surrounding the Eagles but the one I like is that they are 10-1 ATS in their last 11 as a playoff underdog. Take PHILADELPHIA!
|01-05-20||Michigan v. Michigan State -9||Top||69-87||Win||100||1 h 1 m||Show|
Michigan at Michigan State 1:30 ET
Spartans (-) over Wolverines- Wait a second here...my first thoughts when viewing this matchup is that the line is awful high considering the rivalry between these two schools. Then when I noticed that #13 Michigan the heavy underdog is ranked higher than the #16 Spartans and that peaks my interest. This 'price' draws even more thought when I see that Michigan is 10-4 AST as an underdog and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games overall, so why such a high line. After a rocky start Michigan State has reeled off six straight wins with the last winning by an average of 35.5 points. State is 21-10 ATS in their last 31 home game and are 23-8ATS against teams with winning percentage about .600. Take MICHIGAN STATE!
|01-04-20||Iowa +3 v. Penn State||Top||86-89||Push||0||3 h 45 m||Show|
Iowa vs Penn State 2:00 ET
Hawkeyes (+) over Nittany Lions- Two more Top-25 ranked teams in the Big Ten hook-up at the Palestra in Philadelphia a place where neither of these two teams have much experience. Both clubs are on 4-game winning streaks with Penn State's biggest win over Maryland at home and Iowa has wins over Cincinnati and Minnesota. After that win State vaulted into the Top-25 the first time that they have been ranked since 1996. Iowa is 13-3 ATS in their last 16 games on neutral sites while the Lions are 16-6-2 ATS in their last 24 games overall. The Hawkeyes are led by Big Ten leading scorer Luka Garza who is averaging 21.6 points and 10 rebounds per game. More big game experience for the Hawkeyes. Take IOWA!
|01-03-20||Heat v. Magic +2.5||Top||85-105||Win||100||6 h 13 m||Show|
Miami at Orlando 7:00 ET
Magic (+) over Heat- Sometimes in sports one team may seem to have another club's 'number' despite the rival being an inferior squad. The Miami Heat have won three NBA titles while Orlando has yet to even appear in an NBA Final and yet the in-state rival has won eight of the last 11 meeting including 3-1 last season. The Heat are 16-1 SU at home but just 9-8 SU on the road and are 1-4-2 ATS in their last seven in Back-to-back contests. Orlando is just 2-5-1 ATS as a home underdog but are 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Take ORLANDO!
|01-02-20||St. Mary's v. San Francisco +3||Top||69-58||Loss||-110||9 h 21 m||Show|
St. Mary's at San Francisco 11:00 ET
Dons (+) over Gaels- Oh gone are the glory days of Bill Russell and K.C. Jones (some need to look that up) when the Dons ruled the college basketball world. Still, at 11-4 San Francisco has become more respectable and are looking to compete in the West Coast conference against the likes of Gonzaga, Brigham Young and tonight St. Mary's. The Gaels have won four straight and 9-of-10 with the lone loss to No. 20 Dayton and are undefeated since. San Francisco is off of an overtime loss to a tough Harvard team but are 3-0 ATS in the last three meetings at home and the home team is 6-0 ATS in the last six meetings. Take SAN FRANCISCO!
|01-02-20||Oregon v. Colorado +110||Top||65-74||Win||110||8 h 39 m||Show|
Oregon at Colorado 9:00 ET
Buffaloes (+) over Ducks- This is the Pac-12 opener for both squads with identical 11-2 records but that's where the likeness ends. Oregon is ranked No. 6 in the nation while Colorado isn't even on the pollsters radar. The Buffs lead the series 11-8 including 8-0 in Boulder winning last season 73-51. Their is a conflict of trends surrounding this game as the Ducks are 11-1 ATS in their last 12 road games but the Buffaloes are 7-1 ATS as a home underdogs and the home teams is 10-1 ATS in the last 11 meetings. Take COLORADO!
|01-02-20||Jazz v. Bulls +4||Top||102-98||Push||0||9 h 35 m||Show|
Utah at Chicago 8:05 ET
Bulls (+) over Jazz- The Jazz who have won three straight and 8-of-9 going 7-2 ATS are off of their best defensive effort of the season holding the Pistons to just 81 points on Monday. Utah is 5-0 ATS in their last five games overall but are just 105 ATS after a win by 10-points or more. Chicago is off of a beating by Milwaukee but are 8-0 ATS in their last eight games after a straight-up loss. The Bulls are 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings including a 114-83 loss in their last meeting. This time take the BULLS!
|01-01-20||Blazers v. Knicks +4||Top||93-117||Win||100||8 h 57 m||Show|
Portland at New York 7:30 ET
Knicks (+) over Trailblazers- Things can change pretty quickly in the NBA and the fall of the Trailblazers didn't take long. Portland who made to the Western Conference Finals last season are 14-20 on the years having lost their last four and don't have much hope of making the playoffs at all this season. New York hasn't had aspirations of getting to the post season and they fired their coach David Fizdale when they were 4-19 and they have gone 5-6 since under Mike Miller. The Blazers have won six straight in the series but that ends tonight! Take the KNICKS!
|01-01-20||Wisconsin -2.5 v. Oregon||Top||27-28||Loss||-119||23 h 16 m||Show|
Wisconsin vs Oregon 5:00 ET
Badgers (-) over Ducks- My oh my...The Ducks win the Pac-12 crushing favored Utah and now they show up in the Rose Bowl ands underdog to the Big Ten loser Wisconsin. What I am thinking here is that the Big Ten is that much stronger both physically and probably mentally than their west coast opponents. The Badgers had Ohio State by the short hairs in the Championship game but let it slip away as a 14-point underdog that covered in the loss. I don't know if you get what I'm driving at but I will have the Badgers and so should you. Take WISCONSIN!
|01-01-20||Michigan +8 v. Alabama||Top||16-35||Loss||-105||19 h 54 m||Show|
Michigan vs Alabama 1:00 ET
Wolverines (+) over Crimson Tide- I am really looking forward to watching this contest as there is much to be learned about the Crimson Tide as to who they play this game. Michigan after the way they closed the season getting absolutely destroyed by Ohio State will be ready to erase the memory of that embarrassment. The Tide has been exposed of late failing 0-5 ATS in their last five against Top-10 teams. I believe that Michigan will show more heart here and we will get o see Nick Saban bitch to officials about his own mistakes. Harbaugh wants this one personally! Take MICHIGAN!
|12-31-19||Mavs v. Thunder +2||Top||101-106||Win||100||9 h 11 m||Show|
Dallas at Oklahoma City 8:00 ET
Thunder (+) over Mavericks- All eyes will on Luca Doncic tonight to see how he is faring after going into concussion protocol as he averages 28.8 points, 9.5 rebounds and 9.0 assists (really impressive numbers to say the least). Dallas the most improved team in the NBA this season is 10-3 ATS as a favorite and are 15-5-2 ATS after a SU loss and are 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings. OKC is 7-2 ATS as a home underdog and are 46-22-3 ATS at home against teams with winning records. Take OKLAHOMA CITY!
|12-31-19||Kansas State +3 v. Navy||Top||17-20||Push||0||6 h 1 m||Show|
Navy vs Kansas State 3:45 ET
Wildcats (+) over Midshipman- If there is a one-man gang in college football this year it is Navy dual threat quarterback Malcolm Perry who scored 21 touchdowns and ran for over 300 yards against Army. But, I know one thing about Kansas State, they will punish you as witnessed in their dominating win over Oklahoma. The Wildcats QB Skyler Thompson provided 22 TD's with 12 passing and 10 rushing and led a more balanced attack. Trends for the Navy are strong as they are 12-3-1 ATS in their last 16 over and 5-0 ATS in their last five bowl games but they are 4-9-1 ATS against teams with winning records and they are 1-3-1 ATS on neutral sights. Kansas State can provide you with some ammo as they are 39-19-1 ATS in their last 59 games as an underdog and they are 4-0 ATS in non-conference games. Take KANSAS STATE!
|12-31-19||Florida State +4.5 v. Arizona State||Top||14-20||Loss||-110||4 h 23 m||Show|
Florida State vs Arizona State 2:00 ET
Seminoles (+) over Sun Devils- Sometimes certain matchups make you do things that you never though you would. For example, here I am backing the Seminoles after having seen them play a putrid season that saw them cover just four of 12 games and ending the year getting blown out 40-17 in their final game against state rival Florida. Arizona State is off of a pair of great wins defeating Oregon and rival Arizona to close the season after four straight losses. So how about this stuff...ASU is 0-8 ATS in their last eight games as a favorite, they are 1-6 ATS on neutral sites, they are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 bowl games and they are 1-4-1 ATS in their last six games overall. FSU having a terrible time with Taggart are 3-9-1 ATS as a dog bowl shine in bowl games going 10-2-1 ATS in their last 13 and 5-1-1 ATS as a bowl underdog. Take FLORIDA STATE!
|12-30-19||Harvard v. San Francisco -5||Top||84-81||Loss||-115||9 h 12 m||Show|
Harvard at San Francisco 9:00 ET
Dons (-) over Crimson- Sunday I thought it odd that Harvard was favored on the road against a Pac-12 team in California and they delivered with a 71-63 win over the Golden Bears. Now, Harvard going to San Francisco where the Dons have struggled as a home favorite 3-8 ATS and the Crimson are 21-5-1 ATS as road underdogs. But, what gets me here is that the Crimson are favored and defeat a Pac-12 club and yet come up and underdog against a West Coast Conference team. Take SAN FRANCISCO
|12-30-19||Virginia +15 v. Florida||Top||28-36||Win||100||10 h 38 m||Show|
Virginia vs Florida 8:00 ET
Cavaliers (+) over Gators- The moment this matchup was established I knew I liked my side and I haven't wavered since. I understand that there are a number of factors that should deter my side such as Florida is 3-0 in the Orange Bowl winning by an average margin of 15 points. I should also add that Virginia hasn't won a bowl games since 1995. For the most part I am not making the selection based on talent but on these teams previous outings. Florida closed the season with three huge wins including their final over arc rival Florida State 40-17 while Virginia was embarrassed and annihilated in the ACC Championship game by Clemson 62-17. Big effort out of the Cavaliers tonight. Take VIRGINIA!
|12-30-19||Bucks v. Bulls +6.5||Top||123-102||Loss||-101||9 h 46 m||Show|
Milwaukee at Chicago 8:00 ET
Bulls (+) over Bucks- The day-in-and-day-out riggers NBA play has hit the Bucks as some are ailing including Giannis Antetokounmpo who is nursing a sore back. Milwaukee who wants it known that they believe that the are the leagues best are 21-9-1 ATS on the road against sub-500 teams. But, Chicago has found a groove and have won five of their last six including a 116-81 win as a 9.5-point favorite over Atlanta last time out. The Bulls are 4-1 ATS in their last five and get another win here. Take CHICAGO!
|12-29-19||49ers v. Seahawks +3.5||Top||26-21||Loss||-120||14 h 58 m||Show|
San Francisco at Seattle 8:20 ET
Seahawks (+) over 49ers- Oh boy...who's next Steve Largent? The thing that I fear here is the oddsmakers over-reaction to Seattle injured running back situation. The Seahawks now have a pair of running backs that last played with the team in 2015 (Lynch) and 2014 (Turbin) and will still be running the same playbook. Jimmy Garoppolo has led the Niners to this point but I am having trouble with the way he wilted in the first meeting on a Monday Night. San Francisco has lost eight straight in Seattle and now they are installed the favorite...not with me! Take SEATTLE!
|12-29-19||Rockets v. Pelicans +4||Top||112-127||Win||100||8 h 6 m||Show|
Houston at New Orleans 8:00 ET
Pelicans (+) over Rockets- 'Breakup the Pelicans' is the new word around the NBA as New Orleans has put together a three-game winning streak and wins in four of their last five games. Houston who defeated the Nets at home last night is 4-1 ATS in their last five but are 3-7 ATS against teams with a losing record and 3-7 ATS in the last 10 meetings with the Pelicans. Add that Rockets center Clint Capela sat out last night's win and is day-to-day. Take NEW ORLEANS!
|12-29-19||Thunder +4 v. Raptors||Top||98-97||Win||100||6 h 9 m||Show|
Oklahoma City at Toronto 6:00 ET
Thunder (+) over Raptors- Oklahoma City has made it over the 500 mark with an overtime win at Charlotte Friday and have won five of their last seven and 10 of their last 15 while the Raptors get revenge from a Christmas Day loss to the Celtics. Toronto who is 15-7-1 ATS in their last 23 home games have had problems with the Thunder when hosting. The Thunder are 4-0 ATS in their last four stops in Toronto and and 5-1 ATS in their last six as a road underdog. Take OKLAHOMA CITY!
|12-29-19||Harvard -3 v. California||Top||71-63||Win||100||5 h 17 m||Show|
Harvard at California 6:00 ET
Crimson (-) over Golden Bears- Really now...it seems a bit 'off' that in this meeting of the 'minds' has Harvard an Ivy League school favored on the road 3,000 miles from home against a major conference the Pac-12. This even becomes more interesting when 'we' see that the Bears are 6-1 SU at home and the Crimson are 1-5 ATS in their last six road games. This one smells worst than Boston's and Berkley's politics. Take HARVARD!
|12-29-19||Eagles v. Giants +4||Top||34-17||Loss||-115||10 h 58 m||Show|
Philadelphia at New York Giants 4:25 ET
Giants (+) over Eagles- This was my first love when I saw the board as the Eagles are coming off of a huge win over Dallas and need just ti win here to win the division crown. The Giants have David Jones back under center and he just had five TD passes against the Redskins and is brimming with confidence. Although Philadelphia is 9-3 ATS their last 12 meetings in New York they are 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings overall. The pressure isn't all good for the eagles as a loss here and a Cowboys win would end their season. Guess what, it might happen...take NEW YORK!
|12-29-19||Jets +1.5 v. Bills||Top||13-6||Win||100||7 h 51 m||Show|
New York Jets at Buffalo 1:00 ET
Jets (+) over Bills- With zero motivation this week Buffalo is locked into their playoff fifth seed win or lose. After losing at New England last week where they had so much vested in that game that the odds makers believe the Bills will be taking this week 'off.' The Buffs are already thinking about Houston their most likely opponent in the Wild Card round. Look for Bell to have a big meaningless day and for the Jets to fly high here. Take NEW YORK JETS!
|12-28-19||Pacers v. Pelicans +1||Top||98-120||Win||100||7 h 30 m||Show|
Indiana at New Orleans 7:00 ET
Pelicans (+) over Pacers- The surging Pelicans have won two in-a-row and neither of those wins came at home where they are 0-6 ATS in their last six as hosts. Indiana is off of a heartbreaking loss at Miami last night and are 2-5 ATS in the second of back-to-back contests. For whatever reason the Pacers seem to struggle against New Orleans going 1-6 ATS in the last seven meetings. The improving Pels are 3-1-1 ATS in their last five games and are 15-7 ATS after a win of 10-points or more. Take NEW ORLEANS!
|12-28-19||Iowa State +4 v. Notre Dame||Top||9-33||Loss||-115||8 h 25 m||Show|
Iowa State vs Notre Dame 12:00 ET
Cyclones (+) over Fighting Irish- Let me start by saying that if this match-up was being played during Prime-time it might well be my highest-rated game of the day. No, need to explain other than this game 'must' be bogus. What I see is a club (Notre Dame) that had national aspirations being displayed as a warm-up for the FBS Championship Series and their disappointment has to be huge as they don't even get to play on New Year's Day. Iowa State meets the Fighting Irish for the first time and consider this game the biggest test in school history. Somehow, be it through emotion or officials bad calls the Cyclones storm the Irish. Take IOWA STATE!
|12-27-19||76ers v. Magic +3.5||Top||97-98||Win||100||7 h 57 m||Show|
Philadelphia at Orlando 7:00 ET
Magic (+) over 76ers- The last time Orlando defeated a team with a winning record was in November and that was a home win over the 76ers. Philadelphia is just pounded Milwaukee 121-109 Christmas Day (Megabucks winner) and have won their last three. In that victory the 76ers set a franchise record with 21 3-pointers made and even coach Brett Brown said 'it was just one of those nights.' The Magic just defeated the Bulls at home after having lost their previous three on the road. Philly is 1-4 ATS as road favorites and are 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings. Good spot for Sixers letdown. Take ORLANDO!
|12-27-19||Oklahoma State v. Texas A&M -5.5||Top||21-24||Loss||-100||20 h 26 m||Show|
Texas Bowl- Houston, TX
Oklahoma State vs. Texas A&M 3:45 ET
Aggies (-) over Cowboys- I guess this is where the SEC shows its depth and overall strength as the former Big-12 member Texas A&M favored and un-ranked over former rival Oklahoma State. The Cowboys and Aggies meet for the first time in eight years with State having won the past four meetings. A&M wants to atone for the embarrassing way they closed the season with a 50-7 loss to LSU and they are 5-1 ATS after allowing 40 or more points. Now in the SEC, Texas A&M is 11-1 ATS in their last 12 non-conference games. Take the AGGIES!
|12-26-19||Grizzlies +6.5 v. Thunder||Top||110-97||Win||100||8 h 1 m||Show|
Memphis at Oklahoma City 8:00 ET
Grizzlies (+) over Thunder- Eight days ago the Grizzlies blew a 24-point led at OKC and have now dropped three of four starting with that 126-122 loss and they followed that by allowing the Spurs to shoot 67% in a 145-115 beating. The Thunder meanwhile have won three more games including comebacks that 24-point comeback and an 18-point comeback win over Chicago. Although Memphis is 3-8 ATS in the last eight meetings in Oklahoma City they are 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings overall and are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games as an underdog and 6-2 ATS after an ATS loss. Take MEMPHIS!
|12-25-19||Bucks v. 76ers +3.5||Top||109-121||Win||100||18 h 9 m||Show|
Milwaukee at Philadelphia 2:30 ET
76ers (+) over Bucks- Milwaukee enters Christmas Day the NBA's premier contest as the league's best and are a road favorite against what many consider their toughest road test. The Bucks have won 21 of 22 and have been blowing-out the opposition while the Sixers are stumbling at 1-3-1 ATS in their last five overall. But, Philadelphia raises to the level of their competition as they are 26-9 ATS at home against teams with winning records over 60%. Add that they are 5-1 in their last six as a home dog...take 76ERS!
|12-24-19||BYU v. Hawaii +1.5||Top||34-38||Win||100||26 h 54 m||Show|
Hawaii vs B.Y.U.
Rainbow Warriors (+) over Cougars- I wouldn't be all that surprised if the Rainbow Warriors end up the favorite after all they are playing in the Hawaii Bowl for the ninth time in 18 years. But, actually their success has been limited, going 1-4 in the last five. I have a few trends that I believe surround this game as the dog has been good in the Hawaii Bowl 9-3 ATS in the last 12 and teams that repeat a bowl appearance two consecutive years are 6-0 SU in the second game. Take HAWAII!
|12-23-19||Packers v. Vikings -4.5||Top||23-10||Loss||-110||9 h 56 m||Show|
Green Bay at Minnesota 8:15 ET
Vikings (-) over Packers- There is only one way for Minnesota to win the Division and that is for them to defeat the Packers here and win again next week against beat Chicago at home while Green Bay then must lose at Detroit. The mystery here is how the Packers got into this position with Aaron Rogers not having his best of years and the Packers defense and offense both rank in the bottom half of the league. The Viking are 6-0 SU at home and the home team is 7-1 ATS in the last seven meetings. Take MINNESOTA!
|12-23-19||Jazz +4.5 v. Heat||Top||104-107||Win||100||7 h 50 m||Show|
Utah at Miami 7:00 ET
Jazz (+) over Heat- Utah is on a five-game win streak including their last two on the road and look to sweep this 3-game road trip. The Jazz have come alive behind center Rudy Gobert who has had 12 straight double-doubles and is averaging 17.4 points per games and 14.3 rebounds. Miami has had their way with the league to date this season going 13-4 ATS as a favorite and 12-3-1 ATS at home while the Jazz are just 2-7 ATS in their last seven as a road underdog. But, Utah is hot and are 4-1 ATS in the last five visits to Miami. Take the JAZZ!
|12-22-19||Chiefs v. Bears +6.5||Top||26-3||Loss||-110||19 h 54 m||Show|
Kansas City at Chicago 8:20 ET
Bears (+) over Chiefs- Here we go with the Bears again as the 'public' has played against them week after week with great success as Chicago is just 4-10 ATS on the season. Kansas City is pretty much locked into the third seed in the AFC with a chance to move into the second spot if those above them fail, but for the most part they know that they won't pass either the Ravens or the Patriots. After winning the Division last season the Bears are out of the playoff picture and can approach this game 'pressure' free. Look for the Bears to claw the Chiefs here. Take CHICAGO!
|12-22-19||Clippers v. Thunder +2.5||Top||112-118||Win||100||7 h 58 m||Show|
L.A. Clippers at Oklahoma City 7:05 ET
Thunder (+) over Clippers- Oklahoma City opened the season 5-10 but have turned things around since going 9-4 SU and a win here will lift them over .500. Los Angeles is coming off of a 134-109 win at San Antonio last night and there is always a question as to whether Kawhi Leonard will play or not in the second of back-to-backs. The Clippers are 7-2 in their last nine games as favorites but they are just 1-5 ATS in their last six games at OKC and the Thunder are 8-3 in their last 11 as an underdog. Take the THUNDER!
|12-22-19||Yale +5 v. Clemson||Top||54-45||Win||100||3 h 28 m||Show|
Yale at Clemson 4:00 ET
Bulldogs (+) over Tigers- The first thing that drew me to this contest is that an ACC club is such a meager favorite over an Ivy League school. I mean Yale is 9-3 and has won six straight but hasn't played since December 11 when they defeated U Mass. The Bulldogs have three losses two of which came against major conferences as they lost to Oklahoma State and Penn State before starting their current win streak. Clemson had lost four straight before upending mighty Jacksonville. Tigers have no bite and the claws don't exist. Tae YALE!
|12-22-19||Saints v. Titans +3||Top||38-28||Loss||-110||12 h 43 m||Show|
New Orleans at Tennessee 1:00 ET
Titans (+) over Saints- Congratulations to Drew Brees who is now the most prolific touchdown passer in NFL history as he is off of an in creditable 29-of-30 completions performance against the Colts. New Orleans who is still trying to improve their playoff seed with have difficulty maintaining the euphoria they experienced last Monday and can get caught by a needy Titans team that mets Houston next week but must win here. Tennessee has won five of the past six meetings and they get the money here. Take the TITANS!
|12-21-19||Clippers v. Spurs +6||Top||134-109||Loss||-104||8 h 45 m||Show|
L.A. Clippers at San Antonio 8:30 ET
Spurs (+) over Clippers- What happened the other night? When I tuned in the Clippers had a huge double-digit 15-point halftime lead over the Rockets and then completely fell apart in the 3rd quarter getting out-scored by 18 points and committing number technicals down the stretch. San Antonio climbs back to .500 and has won five of their last eight and are doing it with defense which they play much better at home where they are 73-14 lifetime over the Clippers. Take the SPURS!
|12-21-19||Rams +7 v. 49ers||Top||31-34||Win||100||28 h 33 m||Show|
L.A. Rams at San Francisco 8:15 ET
Rams (+) over 49ers- The Rams did their thing last Sunday falling to Dallas 44-21 in 'our' NFC Game of the Year and now go the San Francisco to play the 49ers for their playoff lives. They must win and and again next week against Arizona who defeated them 34-7 in their first meeting. Although the Rams are just 2-6 ATS in the last eight meetings that was before they took the Niners seriously. LA is 7-2 ATS in their last nine road games and 13-6 ATS overall in their last 19 games. San Francisco in the home favorites role is 7-18-1 ATS in their last 26 and 2-71- ATS within their conference. Take the RAMS!
|12-21-19||Washington -3 v. Boise State||Top||38-7||Win||100||27 h 42 m||Show|
Washington vs Boise State 7:30 ET
Huskies (-) over Broncos- I am looking forward to being in attendance for this game and I'm sure that Boise State will have huge fan support as after all this is the Mountain West Conference Bowl game. The Broncos are 12-1 on the year and yet come up an underdog against a pedestrian 7-5 Washington squad that is truly disappointed in their season. This is an unranked team (the Huskies) that is favored over a No. 21 ranked team with what can be considered a home field advantage. This is Chris Peterson's final game for Washington and it is fitting that he is going up against the school he coached for eight seasons and had an incredible 92-12 SU record. Take WASHINGTON!
|12-21-19||San Diego State -5.5 v. Utah||Top||80-52||Win||100||7 h 37 m||Show|
San Diego State vs Utah 6:30 ET
Aztecs (-) over Utes- Undefeated and No. 20 ranked San Diego State (11-0) gets a shot at Utah who is fresh off of an upset win Wednesday night over Kentucky. The Utes shot 55% for that game including 60% with 3-pointers and I don't expect them to have that kind of success against State's defense which ranks 13th nationally surrendering just 56/6 points per contest while holding opponents to 36.7% field goal rate and just 25.8% froM behind the arc. Take SAN DIEGO STATE!
|12-21-19||Purdue +2.5 v. Butler||Top||61-70||Loss||-115||3 h 45 m||Show|
Purdue vs Butler 2:30 ET
Boilermakers (+) over Bulldogs- No. 1y Butler has just one blemish on their record as they dropped a 53-52 decision at No. 10 Baylor and have shown grit in that loss. Purdue at 7-4 has player the tougher schedule and have defeated then undefeated and No. 7 ranked Virginia. The Boilermakers rely on their defense that allows opponents just 59 points per game and they hold opponents to 24 percent shooting from behind the arc. Take PURDUE!
|12-21-19||Texans v. Bucs +3.5||Top||23-20||Win||100||20 h 19 m||Show|
Houston at Tampa Bay 1:00 ET
Buccaneers (+) over Texans- I this spot for the Buccaneers as they have won their last four and Jamis Winton is the NFL yardage passing leader although her leads the league with 24 interceptions. Houston can clinch the AFC South with a win here four the fourth time in five years. The poorly coach Texans are just 1-6 ATS as a favorite and 1-7 ATS after an ATS win. When big games are on the line you can expect the Texans to fall as they are 4-10-1 ATS in their last 15 games in December while Tampa Bay is 9-1-1 ATS in their last 11 December games. Take TAMPA BAY!
|12-20-19||Mavs v. 76ers -8||Top||117-98||Loss||-110||8 h 19 m||Show|
Dallas at Philadelphia 8:00 ET
76ers (-) over Mavericks- Philadelphia was handed their first home loss to Miami Wednesday and it was their second consecutive after getting blown out at Brooklyn 109-89. Critics were on Joel Embiid's case a week ago and he responded with a dominating performance at Boston in a 115-109 victory. Since then Embiid has become pedestrian once agin. Dallas who has been outstanding on the road going 10-1 ATS in their last 11 and is 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings. The Mavericks once again will be without Super-Star Luca Doncic and his absence will be felt here. Take PHILADELPHIA!
|12-19-19||Lakers v. Bucks -4||Top||104-111||Win||100||4 h 26 m||Show|
L.A. Lakers at Milwaukee
Bucks (-) over Lakers- This is like an old fashion shoot-out between the fastest 'guns' in the West. Both the Lakers and Bucks share the NBA's best record at 24-4 and have been denominate doing it. He funny thing about this matchup is that with all that winning both clubs are coming off of a loss. Milwaukee had an 18-game win streak ended by Dallas 120-110 and look to rebound here against LA. The Lakers got ambushed at Indiana 106-102 (Megabucks winner) and will be without Anthony Davis to night and Kyle Kuzma and Rondo are still out. Love LeBron but I am part Greek so go with the 'Freak.' Take MILWAUKEE!
|12-18-19||Raptors v. Pistons +3.5||Top||112-99||Loss||-105||7 h 25 m||Show|
Toronto at Detroit 7:05 ET
Pistons (+) over Raptors- I question why this line is so low when we are aware that the Pistons two big guns Andre Drummond and Blake Griffin are day-to-day. Okay, so Toronto is 15-6 ATS in their last 12 games as a favorite while Detroit is 6-15-1 ATS as an underdog but the Raptors are just 2-5 ATS in their last seven games overall. The Piston have responded after a poor performance going 5-1 ATS after an ATS loss. In a surprise the Pistons get it done tonight. Take DETROIT!
|12-18-19||Tennessee v. Cincinnati +2||Top||66-78||Win||100||6 h 34 m||Show|
Tennessee at Cincinnati
Bearcats (+) over Volunteers- Both of these clubs are coming off of losses with Tennessee losing to Memphis at home while the Bearcats lost at home against Colgate. The Volunteers who play great defense is shooting just 42% from the floor and have yet to allow 70 points to an opponent this season. The Bearcats had a five-point lead with just over a minute to go and allowed Colgate to score the final six points for a 67-66 loss. Tennessee is 2-5 ATS in their last seven road games and 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall while Cincinnati is just 2-10 in their last 12 as an underdog and only 8-23 ATS in their last 31 games overall. These trends are ugly on each side but I'll take the home dog here. Take CINCINNATI!
|12-17-19||Nets v. Pelicans +2.5||Top||108-101||Loss||-105||9 h 1 m||Show|
Brooklyn at New Orleans 8:00 ET
Pelicans (+) over Nets- Defense is the key to the Pelicans 12-game losing streak as they don't play much of it allowing 121.4 points per contest as they await the debut of Zion Williamson. Brooklyn on the other end of the perspective just took down Philadelphia 109-89 and their defense was the focal point of their victory. The Nets are 10-5 SU without Kyrie (The World is Flat) Irving and 4-7 with him so it's 'addition by subtraction.' Although Brooklyn is 6-2 ATS in their last eight games overall they are just 3-8 ATS after winning a game by more than ten points. Take NEW OREANS!
|12-16-19||Heat v. Grizzlies +4.5||Top||111-118||Win||101||9 h 54 m||Show|
Miami at Memphis 8:00 ET
Grizzlies (+) over Heat- Along with Dallas the Miami Heat have been one of the more pleasant surprises in the NAB this season currently at 19-7 they invade Memphis where the 7-19 Grizzlies will they and win their four game in five tries. Miami is off of an overtime 122-118 win at Dallas after falling to the Lakers the night before (Friday). Considering the records of these two I believe that this 'line' is a bit short and the Book-makers are looking to take all of the Heat action they can get. Here is Miami 5-0 ATS in the last five meetings and 10-4 as a road favorite and yet are such a meager favorite here. It appears that injuries to the Heat's starting line-up will take its toll here as the Grizzlies younger player begin to mature. Take MEMPHIS!
|12-15-19||Bills v. Steelers -109||Top||17-10||Loss||-109||28 h 0 m||Show|
Buffalo at Pittsburgh 8:20 ET
Steelers over Bills- Buffalo had a 3-game winning streak snapped at home against the Ravens and now take to the road for the next two starting in Pittsburgh Sunday night. The Bills big name is Josh Allen the quarterback from Wyoming took it on the chin last week completing just 43.6% of his passes. The Steelers are nursing their third string un-drafted rookie from Stanford Kevin Hodges. This might just be the spot to find out if the Bills are for real! They are 6-0-1 ATS in their last seven road games and 5-1-1 in their last seven as an underdog but just 1-5 ATS their last six against Pittsburgh. It may not be the 'Steel Curtain' but they can win for certain. Take PITTSBURGH!
|12-15-19||76ers v. Nets +5.5||Top||89-109||Win||100||6 h 28 m||Show|
Philadelphia at Brooklyn 6:00 ET
Nets (+) over 76ers- Philadelphia is now 14-0 at home and have won five straight and 9-of-10 and 13 of their last 15 contests. Brooklyn who is 9-5 without Kyrie Irving have dropped two straight for the first time since his absence are coming off of one of their worst shooting nights of the season at Toronto. Although the Sixers are off of a huge win at Boston they are just 1-5-1 ATS as a road favorite and on the other hand the Nets are 4-0 ATS as a home underdog and are 7-1 ATS after a straight-up loss. Take BROOKLYN!
|12-15-19||Rams v. Cowboys +2||Top||21-44||Win||100||21 h 55 m||Show|
L.A. Rams at Dallas 4:25 ET
Cowboys over Rams- Truly, I can't express how much I think of the Cowboys here. Sincerely, I don't fool with stuff like that. It is just the way this game set up with their national TV appears for both Dallas and the Rams. A few weeks ago 'we' posted the Rams who had been horrible in National TV games this season takes out Seattle after the Seahawks had dismantled the 49ers while Dallas was getting busted by New England and Buffalo. Last Thursday week posted the Bears 31-24 over Dallas as they and now it's the 'Boys turn. Everybody is sour on Wayne Garrett and even if he wins and makes the playoffs he is most like history with Dallas. Anyway he wins here. Take DALLAS!
|12-15-19||Vikings v. Chargers +1.5||Top||39-10||Loss||-110||20 h 23 m||Show|
Minnesota at L. A Chargers 4:25 ET
Chargers (+) over Vikings- After winning 12 games last season and dominating the Ravens in the playoffs for the Chargers to have won only five games this season and it has been a huge disappointment and its a lost season for San Diego (oops) the Chargers. This is a sandwich game of sorts for Minnesota as they lead the Rams by one game for the final NFC Playoff spot and trail Green Bay by 1-game for the Division lead. But, to their credit the Chargers have not quit and put up a 45-10 victory pasting over the Jaguars in Jacksonville and are 3-2 SU in their last five. Perfect spot for a Vikings letdown. And listen to this I mean read it...they are 3-8-1 after an ATS win and 1-7 ATS in their last eight after allowing less than 15 points. Take L.A. CHARGERS!
|12-15-19||NC State v. NC-Greensboro +2.5||Top||80-77||Loss||-109||3 h 54 m||Show|
N.C State at NC Greensboro 3:00 ET
Spartans (+) over Wolfpack- Now, does this seem right? An 7-2 ACC school like NC State is a meager favorite at Greensboro and that just doesn't look right. State has won three of the last four meetings but covered on once and the Wolfpack is 0-5 ATS when play a team with a better than .500 record. Greensboro id 4-0-1 ATS in their last five as a home underdog and this 'price' is way to shallow. Take the SPARTANS!
|12-14-19||Gonzaga v. Arizona -130||Top||84-80||Loss||-130||11 h 21 m||Show|
Gonzaga at Arizona 10:00 ET
Wildcats (+) over Bulldogs- A great matchup in the West where a pair of 10-1 teams face-off in Tempe in what could be a match of potential respective conference winners. No. 6 Gonzaga's lone loss came against Michigan while the No. 14 Wildcats were handed their lone loss at Baylor and have dropped four of their last five ATS. The rap on both these squads especially Gonzaga is the quality of schedule played. The Bulldogs have won the last three meetings including a 91-74 home win over the Wildcats last season. Cats get their revenge here. Take ARIZONA!
|12-14-19||Clippers v. Bulls +4.5||Top||106-109||Win||100||8 h 15 m||Show|
L.A. Clippers at Chicago 8:00 ET
Bulls (+) over Clippers- Chicago was a beaten home favorite last night and they get a chance tonight to get the money as a home dog where they are 4-0 ATS in their last four games. Los Angeles of course is contending and have won four straight going 4-0 ATS in their last four as favorites. I imagine that the Clippers are gong to try a little loan management tonight as this is there second of back-to-back contests and their three road games in four nights. Taker CHICAGO!
|12-14-19||Seton Hall v. Rutgers +3||Top||48-68||Win||100||5 h 26 m||Show|
Seton Hall at Rutgers 4:00 ET
Scarlet Knights (+) over Pirates- No. 22 Seton Hall is slipping fast having lost two of their last four games against solid competition and now they are without Sandro Mamukelashvili (go ahead try and pronounce that) who is their leading rebounder , shooter and second in scoring. Rutgers on the other hand has a balanced attack that has nine different players seeing at least 10 minutes playing time each game. This is a bit of a rivalry and the underdog is 19-7 ARS in their last 26 meetings. Take RUTGERS!
|12-14-19||Army v. Navy -10||Top||7-31||Win||100||5 h 1 m||Show|
Army vs Navy 3:00 ET
Midshipmen (-) over Black Knights- Until the recent past the Navy has had the upper hand in this series but the Army has rallied to win the last three outright as underdogs. Although the Midshipmen had won the previous 14 meetings the Army is 7-2-1 ATS in the last 10 meetings. But, this season it looks like the old matchup where Navy has the advantage. Ranked No. 23 Navy is headed to the Liberty Bowl and meets Kansas State while the Cadets finish their season here as at 5-7 they miss out in post season play. The Midshipmen have triple revenge and I expect them to get it done. Take the NAVY!
|12-13-19||Clippers v. Wolves +6.5||Top||124-117||Loss||-115||8 h 25 m||Show|
L.A. Clippers at Minnesota 9:30 ET
Timberwolves (+) over Clippers- Kawhi Leonard returned to Toronto Wednesday night and the LA Clippers who are expected to contend for the NBA title dismantled the NBA Champion Raptors 112-92 with Leonard scoring 24-points. Tonight, the Clippers are in Minnesota where the Timberwolves are 0-6 ATS in their last six home games. As a matter of fact the Clippers are 12-4-1 ATS in their last 17 meetings in Minny and are 21-9 ATS as road favorites. But, they are coming off of an emotional win and Clippers are just 6-6 SU on the road and may be flat here. Take MINNESOTA!
|12-12-19||76ers -121 v. Celtics||Top||115-109||Win||100||9 h 7 m||Show|
Philadelphia at Boston 8:05 ET
76ers over Celtics- Okay, here we go again! Boston who leads the Atlantic Division and is 10-0 at home host Philadelphia who is 5-7 on the road. The 'price' on this game is rather silly with the Celtics looking for avenge an opening night loss at Philly where the 76ers prevailed 107-93. Boston is 5-0 ATS when hosting the Sixers in the last five meetings and yet are not favored here. Philadelphia has won 11 of their last 13 straight-up while the Celtics are off of a 122-117 loss to (Megabucks winner) Indiana last night. The second of back-to-back games Boston falls short! Take PHILADELPHIA!
|12-11-19||Celtics v. Pacers +1.5||Top||117-122||Win||100||7 h 15 m||Show|
Boston at Indiana 7:00 ET
Pacers over Celtics- Here comes Boston winners of four straight and with the return Gordon Hayward and going to Indiana as a small favorite. The Celtics are 10-0 at home and just 7-5 on the road where the Pacers are 9-3. SU. Indiana has dropped three straight to the points and Boston has won seven straight in the series including a four-game sweep in the plays last season. The Pacers who were blown out at home by the Clippers on Monday are 21-5 ATS in their last 26 games following a double-digit loss at home. Take INDIANA!
|12-10-19||Nuggets +4.5 v. 76ers||Top||92-97||Loss||-115||9 h 47 m||Show|
Denver at Philadelphia 8:00 ET
Nuggets (+) over 76ers- Of the three remaining teams that are undefeated at home the 76ers lead the way at 12-0 and are 5-2 ATS in their last seven home games. Denver who is 6-4 SU on the road this season and 1-4 SU in their last five with their only win coming against New York 129-92. Philadelphia just defeated the champion Raptors and have Boston on deck and may get caught 'peeking' toward Thursday's encounter. The Nuggets are just 2-5-1 ATS in their last eight road games and are 1-5 ATS in the past six meetings but gather themselves here. Take DENVER!
|12-10-19||Maryland v. Penn State +1||Top||69-76||Win||100||7 h 36 m||Show|
Maryland at Penn State 7:00 ET
Nittany Lions (+) over Terrapins- No. 4 Maryland spotted Illinois and 19-point lead and then battled back for a 59-58 win and are off to their best start (10-0) in 20 years. Penn State who won seven of their first nine games this season but were pounded by Ohio State last time out. The Nittany Lions have won the last three meetings and the home team has won the last six meetings. Add that Penn State is 7-1-1 ATS in their last nine games as an underdog and are 14-4-2 ATS in their last 20 games overall. Take PENN STATE!
|12-09-19||Giants v. Eagles -9||Top||17-23||Loss||-110||10 h 22 m||Show|
New York Giants at Philadelphia 8:15 WT
Eagles (-) over Giants- So Eli Manning once again is the starter for New York and these next few game can have an impact on Eli's legacy as he enters this contest dead even in wins and losses as a NFL starter. This game of course has significant meaning for Philadelphia as they trail division leader Dallas by 1-game. The Giants with nothing to lose has already lost eight straight under David Jones while and the Eagles under pressure to win by any margin. But, these points are high and the Giants just don't play any football at all. Take PHILADELPHIA!
|12-09-19||Clippers v. Pacers +1.5||Top||110-99||Loss||-109||8 h 16 m||Show|
L.A. Clippers at Indiana 7:00 ET
Pacers (+) over Clippers- Indiana has started to surge winning seven of their last nine after a close shave Saturday night defeating the Knicks 104-103. Los Angeles has played five games in nine days and have three more in the next four nights. Indiana has won five of the last six meetings but the Clippers are 20-9 ATS in their last 29 games as a road favorite but just 2-7 ATS in their last nine road games overall and just 3-7 ATS in their last 10 meetings in Indiana. Take the PACERS!
|12-08-19||Thunder +3.5 v. Blazers||Top||108-96||Win||100||9 h 20 m||Show|
Oklahoma City at Portland 9:00 ET
Thunder (+) over Trailblazers- To my surprise the Trailblazers are actually playing better with Carmelo Anthony winning four of the six games that he has been with the club. Oklahoma City is off of an improbable win where they out-scored Minnesota 17-5 in the overtime period. Portland already has a pair of wins over the Thunder including a 136-119 home win two weeks ago. This is a different OKC team, it's a team that shares the ball as they were the first team in 15 years to have five players score at least 20 points. As coach Donovan said it 'speaks to their unselfishness.' Take OKLAHOMA CITY!
|12-08-19||Seahawks v. Rams +1||Top||12-28||Win||100||25 h 30 m||Show|
Seattle at L.A. Rams 8:20 ET
Rams over Seahawks- These darn Seahawks, I never seem to be able to get past them as Russell Wilson just does me in time and again. Seattle has won eight of nine while The Rams bounced back with a win over Arizona to get to 7-5 one-game out of the final NFC Wild Card playoff berth. It's time for Sean McVay to get some milage out of Todd Gurley and make hime earn his pay. Still, LA is 5-2 ATS against the Seahawks and 10-2 ATS against the NFC. Believe it or not Seattle is 3-7 ATS as a favorite and the Rams are 0-7-1 ATS as a home dog...go figure. Take LOS ANGELES RAMS!
|12-08-19||Gonzaga v. Washington +4.5||Top||83-76||Loss||-110||8 h 59 m||Show|
Gonzaga at Washington 7:00 ET
Huskies (+) over Bulldogs- The Battle for the Great Northwest will take place in Seattle where No. 22 Washington will host No. 9 Gonzaga. The Huskies hold a 29-18 series edge that started in 1910 but the Bulldogs have won 12 of the last 13 meetings. The Zags are just 2-5 ATS in road games and as road favorites while the Huskies are just 1-5 ATS in their last six as home underdogs. Washington's only loss came against No. 20 Tennessee in Toronto but they posted a win overNo. 16 Baylor 67-64 while Gonzaga's lone loss came against Michigan in Atlantis. Take WASHINGTON!
|12-08-19||Steelers v. Cardinals +2.5||Top||23-17||Loss||-120||21 h 45 m||Show|
Pittsburgh at Arizona 4:25 ET
Cardinals (+) over Steelers- These two rarely meet but Pittsburgh has won the last three meetings including Super Bowl XLIII 27-23. Since, the Steelers have won their last two and six of its past seven using back-up quarterbacks and have settled on their fourth choice rookie Devin Hodges. Arizona has lost five straight and has their own rookie at the helm in Kyler Murray who is anxious to bounce back from their beatdown loss to the Rams last week. The home team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Take ARIZONA!
|12-07-19||Wisconsin +16.5 v. Ohio State||Top||21-34||Win||100||24 h 29 m||Show|
Wisconsin vs Ohio State 8:00 ET
Badgers (+) over Buckeyes- There was a time this season when I actually had thoughts that Wisconsin was good enough to end up as one of the FBS representatives. These two met in October and it wasn't even close as the Buckeyes trounced the Badgers 38-17 and it wasn't that close. OSU quarterback Justin Fields was named Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week as he had four TD passes at Michigan last Saturday. Wisconsin has met the Buckeyes three previous times in the Big Ten Championship games and they have yet to prevail losing last 27-21 in 2017. This time around the Badgers know what they are up against and will make the adjustments needed. Take WISCONSIN!
|12-07-19||Georgia +7.5 v. LSU||Top||10-37||Loss||-110||21 h 4 m||Show|
Georgia vs L.S. U. 4:00 ET
Bulldogs (+) over Tigers- LSU enters this contest almost assured a spot in the CFP even if they stub their toe here as losing to a one-loss Georgia will keep them alive. The Bulldogs on the other hand must force the committee to raise them into the Playoffs with a win here. Okay, that leads me to believe Georgia will be more desperate and have a greater need and motivation. But, are they good enough to pull it off? Playing in the Georgia Dome has got to help the 'Dogs whose scoring defense is No. 4 in the nation at 10.4 points per game. LSU is No.1 in offense 48.7 led by JoeBurrow and they will face they toughest defense of the season here. Take GEORGIA!
|12-07-19||UL-Lafayette +6.5 v. Appalachian State||Top||38-45||Loss||-100||15 h 4 m||Show|
UL-Lafayette at Appalachian State 12:00 ET
Ragin' Cajuns (+) over Mountaineers- A pair of great offenses and balanced defensive team meet for the second time this season with comparative stats that make this close. Lafayette averages 38.8 ppg and Appalachian State has one of the top offenses (38.9 ppg) and both teams play defense as the Ragin' Cajuns surrender 17.8 ppg while the Mountaineers give up 18.8. Lafayette has 'covered the last two trips tp Boone but lost at home to the Mountaineers in early October 17-7 but return the favor here. Take RAGIN' CAJUNS!
|12-07-19||Penn State +7.5 v. Ohio State||Top||74-106||Loss||-110||2 h 53 m||Show|
Penn State at Ohio State 12:00 ET
Nittany Lions (+) over Buckeyes- Ohio Shocked the ACC world by going to North Carolina and dismantling the No. 7 Tar Heels 74-49 to move to 8-0 on the season. Both these clubs pride themselves on their defense as Ohio State holds their opponents 10-points below their season's average and the Lions allow just 61.8 points per game. Coming off of such a huge win over Carolina the Buckeyes should be a bit full of themselves and may get caught in a Big Ten conference game. Take PENN STATE!
|12-06-19||Nuggets +3.5 v. Celtics||Top||95-108||Loss||-105||9 h 8 m||Show|
Denver at Boston 8:05 ET
Nuggets (+) over Celtics- There will be a clash of trends when these two met as the Celtics are undefeated (8-0) SU at home and Denver is 6-2 SU on the road. Boston deposed of Miami Wednesday night while the Nuggets trounced the Knicks 129-92 at New York last night. Denver has a victory over the Celtics defeating them 96-92 at home two weeks ago and have won the past three meetings and five of the last seven and are 3-0-1 ATS in the last four meetings. Take DENVER!
|12-06-19||Oregon +6.5 v. Utah||Top||37-15||Win||100||32 h 56 m||Show|
Oregon vs Utah 8:00 ET
Ducks (+) over Utes- Utah has lost one game this season to USC (5* Megabucks winner) back in September and they have reeled off eight straight wins and 8-0 ATS since. Oregon has been disappointing as expected from their opening game when Auburn's 29-yard Hail-Mail was answered and they lost at the gun in a game they they dominated for 3 and half quarters. Then when it looked like they had regrouped and had an 8-game win streak of their own ended that was ended at home by a two-touchdown underdog losing to Arizona State 31-28. Friday's game may be played under questionable conditions as it has been a rainy week in the Bay area. The question might be who does this aid, the power game of the Utes or the speed game for the Ducks. At first it would appear that Utah gains and edge with their power game, but receivers that know where they are headed have an advantage over defensive backs that have to react to a cut. Oregon has the superior passing game behind future first rounder Justin Herbert who has 31 TD's and only five interceptions. Built for water... take the DUCKS!
|12-04-19||Wolves +4.5 v. Mavs||Top||114-121||Loss||-115||10 h 23 m||Show|
Minnesota at Dallas 8:30 ET
Timberwolves (+) over Mavericks- Dallas without question has had the biggest turn-around season as they are 14-6 70% this year compared to being below .500. Luka Donic and Kristaps Porzingis are a combo that Dallas opponents are having difficulty handling. Minnesota has also taken great strides this year and has played better than expected going 7-2 SU and ATS on the road. This 'price' seems awful cheap and unless you realize the Wolves are 7-3 SU in the last 10 meetings. Take MINNESOTA!
|12-03-19||Pistons v. Cavs +3||Top||127-94||Loss||-110||8 h 53 m||Show|
Detroit at Cleveland 7:00 ET
Cavaliers (+) over Pistons- A pair of Eastern bottom feeders matchup in Cleveland where the lowly Pistons a playoff squad last season challenge the Cavaliers. Detroit is off of their highest scoring game of the year defeating San Antonio 132-98 at home having lost eight of their previous 10 while the Cavs have dropped three straight and nine of their last 10. Detroit has won just one of 10 road games going 1-8-1 ATS and are 1-6 ATS in their last seven games in Cleveland. Take CLEVELAND!
|12-03-19||Butler v. Ole Miss -115||Top||67-58||Loss||-115||7 h 38 m||Show|
Butler at Mississippi 7:00 ET
Rebels over Bulldogs- Now, if this one doesn't make you scratch your head you haven't been paying attention. No. 24 Butler is 7-0 and a respectable 5-2 ATS while Mississippi is off of a 41-point loss to Oklahoma State 78-37 as a beaten 2-point favorite. The Bulldogs just defeated Stanford 68-67 to win the Hall of Fame Classic and now play their first true road of game of the season. Mississippi who is a 3-point shooting team was just 1-of-20 from beyond the arc against the Cowboys and look to improve at home where they are 4-0 SU. Take MISSISSIPPI!
|12-01-19||Patriots v. Texans +3.5||Top||22-28||Win||100||25 h 52 m||Show|
New England at Houston 8:20 ET
Texans (+) over Patriots- Yes, the Patriots are 10-1 and are tied for the best record in the NFL and have beaten the likes of Dallas and Philadelphia the past two weekends but there is something missing. The defense carried them in those wins allowing 10 and 9-points while their offense provided only one scoring drive not set up by the defense. The home team is 6-2-1 ATS in the last nine meetings but the Texans are 1-4 ATS at home this season but this is the first time that they are an underdog...take HOUSTON!
|12-01-19||Packers v. Giants +7||Top||31-13||Loss||-115||18 h 42 m||Show|
Green Bay at New York 1:00 ET
Giants (+) over Packers- Through the years we have witnessed some classic encounters between these two old NFL stalwarts both during the regular season and the playoffs including NFL Championship games. It doesn't stand to reason that this will be another one of them as the Giants are marred in an 7-game losing streak and surely Green Bay is headed to the playoffs. The 'action' has been excessive on the Packers and even the harden stedfast New York supporters want no part of the Giants this week. I'm in...take the GIANTS!
|11-30-19||Alabama v. Auburn +4||Top||45-48||Win||100||17 h 58 m||Show|
Alabama at Auburn 3:30 ET
Tigers (+) over Crimson Tide- To start with I'm was quite surprised that this 'number' opened where it did. I expected it to be a bit higher as Auburn hasn't shown the kind of offensive diversity that is needed to overcome the Alabama defense. The Tigers have only three games scoring more than 24 points getting 55, 56 and 51 against imposters Kent, Miss St and Samford. But, there is something missing with this Crimson squad as Nick Saban has little confidence in his back-up quarterback and has been badly out coached in his last three big encounters. 'Bama has won eight of the last 11 meetings but the Tigers get it done! Take AUBURN!
|11-30-19||Ohio State v. Michigan +9.5||Top||56-27||Loss||-110||13 h 28 m||Show|
Michigan at Ohio State 12:00 ET
Wolverines (+) over Buckeyes- No. 2 Ohio State (11-0) is two wins away from getting to the Final-4 and its starts here against arch rival Michigan. The Buckeyes have had their in this series winning 16 of the past 18 meetings including last season's 62-39 destruction of the Wolverines gaining 567 yards from scrimmage. OSU is on a 16-game win streak and will up against the nation's 4th ranked defense allowing just 267 yards per game. Michigan has won their last four and are 6-0 at home. Take the WOLVERINES!
|11-29-19||Ole Miss -113 v. Oklahoma State||Top||37-78||Loss||-113||9 h 26 m||Show|
Mississippi vs. Oklahoma State 9:30 ET
Rebels over Cowboys- The NIT Season Tip-off championship will pit Mississippi (5-1) and undefeated Oklahoma State (6-0) and will be played at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The Rebels will be playing another undefeated club here and opened a small favorite and will most likely go off as an underdog. The Rebels have the 'mojo' as they came back from a 21-point deficit to defeat Penn State 74-72 and get it done once again. Take MISSISSIPPI!
