After capturing the division last week, the Cowboys still have an outside shot at grabbing a bye week for the opening weekend of the postseason. The “easiest” formula would be to beat Washington and then have Arizona and Seattle lose their games.

I believe the injury involving DeMarco Murray and the uncertainty if he will play, has created some great value here on the Cowboys. This is is a must-win game for Dallas, while the Colts are primed for a major letdown with not a whole lot to play for.

The simulator shows a high probability that Dallas will win this game. With the line at 3 1/2, I like making this a combination wager comprised of an 8* play using the line and a 2* play using the money line.

I’m expecting Tony Romo to play, but I like Dallas to win here by at least a touchdown even if he’s sidelined. There’s no denying that Brandon Weeden didn’t play well against Arizona last week, but a lot of that had to do with how good Arizona was against the run.

With numerous teams capping 50 points this weekend, you look at this dominant Dallas offense and wonder why they cannot tonight. If they stick to what has got them to this point, that means they will run first and pass second, and that eats clock.
