Neither the Chicago Blackhawks or the Tampa Bay Lightning finished the regular season within the top-two spots in their respective conference, but both teams have proved themselves more than worthy to be battling it out in the Stanley Cup final 2015. The Blackhawks are coming into the finals eyeing their third championship in six seasons while the Lightning are looking for their first since defeating the Flames over seven games back in 2004. The teams split two meetings during the regular season, and we’re sure to be in for a close series likely to go to seven games.

The Rangers inability to prevail in one-goal games was what separated the them from the Kings in last year’s Stanley Cup Final, but they have certainly turned the tables this season. New York will be looking to take a 2-0 lead over the visiting Tampa Bay Lightning in Monday’s Game 2 of the Eastern Conference final after eeking out a 2-1 victory in the series opener.

A revitalized Philadelphia Flyers team is coming into this clash as winners of back-to-back games, scoring a total of nine goals. The Tampa Bay Lightning have dropped four of their last five and their usually so efficient offense has been nowhere to be seen.
