Our selection is on the Edmonton Oilers to defeat the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday at 7:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Toronto has won three straight games, and three close ones.

The Maple Leafs are going to have a harder time defending McDavid, who's on pace for a record breaking season.

In fact, McDavid has 31 points through his first 10 games this season, averaging more than three a game.

Edmonton just beat Carolina in a shoot-out and are at home for this all-Canadian battle.

Our selection is on Arsenal F.C. to defeat Everton F.C. on Saturday at 10:00am ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Everton had been playing well until losing 2-0 against Chelsea last weekend.

That could knock some of the confidence out of the Toffees who now have to play the defending EPL champs.

Arsenal hasn't had the best of starts to the season, even with a strong record.

The Gunners want more and dropping points in this game is not an option.

Our selection is on the Nevada Wolfpack to defeat the San Jose State Spartans on Saturday at 5:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

San Jose State is 12-24-2 in this series against Nevada and will be on the road again this season.

The Spartans did have a good road win last week against UTEP. But, it's very hard to win back-to-back road games in-conference for any team, in two straight weeks.

Nevada is also playing really well right now and is returning home where it's most comfortable.

The Wolfpack are a top running team in the country while SJST has trouble on defense.

We like the losing record team as a home favorite.

Our selection is on the Miami Ohio Redhawks to defeat the Central Michigan Chippewas on Saturday at 1:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Miami Ohio has only had one bad showing this season and has responded with back-to-back wins.

The Redhawks are allowing 69 (2.4) rush yards a game in MAC play which is CMU's way to win.

Central Michigan is just 4-7 against the spread versus the RedHawks since 2005.

The Chippewas have scored just 14 points in back-to-back games and that has resulted in back-to-back losses.

Our selection is on the Utah Utes to defeat the Houston Cougars on Saturday at 10:15pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Houston has been really impressive. But, its loss against Texas Tech is still lingering in our minds.

The Cougars do not have a good passing defense, allowing 288.0 a game, ranking in the bottom 10.

That's going to be an issue against one of the top offenses in the country.

Utah is great in all facets of the game, from offense to defense.

The Utes haven't lost yet this season and have won 23 of their last 24 home games including 12 straight.
