I am backing the Chicago Bulls at home minus or plus the points. Wizards opened up as the slight favorite and now the Bulls are slightly favored. Money should pour in on the revamped Wizards but this team should take a bit to gel and back to back games with these veterans who knows who might sit here for Washington. Bulls will surprise some people this season.

I am going to go with the Buffalo Sabers on the road here for my best bet on the ice here for Saturday. Buffalo is by far the better team but they have lost 2 in a row and 5 of the last 7 games. Washington got off to a good start but this team will be a below .500 team by years end. Love the value here.

Love love love the Texas Longhorns laying the points as their stock has hit rick bottom after a loss to the Florida Gators and Oklahoma Sooners the Gators loss was at home. This team has also been horrific ATS wise going 1-5 ATS last 6. World seems to be betting Ole Miss early as dogs here. First big road test for Ole Miss and I think they will face a pissed off buzz saw here.

I am going with USC laying the points on Saturday night. USC is also coming off a bye week (extra rest and recovery) after a solid 31-23 road win at Penn State, where Maiava threw for 301 yards and three scores. The Trojans are 2-0 on the road this season and have already handled a hostile environment. Wisconsin is a strong defensive unit (allowing just 16.7 points and ranking well in yards allowed), but the Badgers have struggled to generate consistent offense against better competition and are only a few weeks removed from a flat performance in Pasadena.

Historical edges favor USC as well. The Trojans lead the all-time series 7-1 (including a 38-21 win in Los Angeles in 2024) and are 2-0 in prior trips to Madison. Lincoln Riley’s team has the talent edge, better recent form, and more ways to move the ball.

I am going to go with the Michigan Wolverines plus the points here on Saturday Early. Indiana is the reigning national champions and still one of the better teams in the country, but the market has overvalued them as favorites IMO. The Hoosiers are just 1-6 against the spread. Their only cover came in a blowout at Rutgers. Otherwise, they’ve consistently won by smaller margins than the number: 29-23 over Northwestern, 20-17 at Nebraska, and a 19-15 home loss to Ohio State last week. In four Big Ten games, they’ve covered the equivalent of a 7.5-point spread only once.

Josh Hoover has been efficient (1,660 yards, 18 TDs, 0 INTs), and Indiana’s defense is excellent (12.9 points allowed per game). But the offense has been more methodical than explosive against better defenses, and the Hoosiers have not been separating the way oddsmakers expected.

Im and rolling with the Gamecocks minus the points. South Carolina (3-3) is coming off a bye after a strong 38-19 road win at No. 16 Florida. LaNorris Sellers threw for 279 yards and four touchdowns in that game and continues to be a dual-threat problem (1,338 passing yards, 12 TDs, plus 411 rushing yards). The extra week of rest and preparation is valuable against a Tennessee offense that has been solid but not explosive in recent weeks.

The Gamecocks’ offense averages 37.7 points per game and has the weapons to keep pace or better. At home, with Shane Beamer’s job security under pressure and a chance to knock off a ranked SEC rival, motivation should not be an issue. South Carolina’s defense has been inconsistent, but Tennessee’s attack has relied heavily on the run (Bishop) and a defense-first approach of late. Tennessee will be bet heavily by the bandwagon guys look for them to get slaughtered here.
