Minnesota is off to a 2-1 start. Their only setback was a blowout loss at home against No. 21 Mississippi State. Washington is 3-0. Two of those wins were against rival Washington State and Utah State. The Huskies were ranked 16th in the preseason polls. They have dropped out of the rankings because of closer wins than expected in their first three games. This is a very good Washington team that will face a Minnesota team that struggled at home in their only game against a quality team. A win by Washington would move them to 4-0 this season and a chance of being in the rankings again next week. Take Washington.

Neither team has played good football this season. Stanford had trouble scoring points in their last two games after they put up 37 points in their opening game win at home against Hawaii. Stanford's Micah Ford has rushed for 202 yards and three touchdowns. The Yellow Jackets are ranked 132nd nationally in rushing defense. Ford’s rushing ability and Ga Tech’s issues against the run should allow Stanford to be competitive at home. Take Stanford.

Florida’s head coach Jon Sumrall built a successful program at Tulane before becoming the head coach at Florida late last year. The Gators are coming off a big road win against Auburn last week. They put up 44 points against the Tigers and they have scored 162 points combined in their three wins this season. This is a statement game for the Gators and they may be catching Ole Miss at the right time. The Rebels are coming off an emotional home win last week against LSU. The Swamp should be rocking for this game. That should give the Gators the advantage. Take Florida.

Matt Rhule has Nebraska off to an impressive 3-0 start. Rhule, who had success at Baylor, is in his fourth season as the head coach of the Cornhuskers. Although they have played weak teams, Nebraska has outscored their opponents 139-25. MSU is 2-1 after covering the spread on the road last week against ranked Notre Dame. Ruhle seems to have his team on track, while MSU should be in for a letdown after that loss against Notre Dame. Take Nebraska.

A pair of 3-0 teams will match up at The Big House. Iowa has rolled in two of their three wins with both of those wins coming against weak programs. Michigan has a signature win against Oklahoma. Iowa has a good defense again this season, but they scored just 16 points at home against Iowa State two weeks ago. Offensive production in big games has been an issue for the Hawkeyes over the last few years and Michigan’s sophomore QB Bryce Underwood has completed 62.5% of his passes. Take Michigan.
