I’m playing OVER in Sunday’s Subway Series rubber match. These two offenses have been producing plenty of runs lately, and this rivalry has consistently given us more scoring than the market expects. The Mets hung 12 on the Yankees Saturday, while we already know how quickly Judge and this Yankees lineup can put crooked numbers on the board. Schlittler has pitched very well, including a strong outing against the Mets earlier this season, but New York has enough dangerous left-handed bats to make him work. On the other side, Scott has shown some vulnerability against right-handed hitters, which is a tough matchup against the heart of this Yankees order. I’m not asking either starter to get shelled. I just need both offenses to contribute, and with two productive lineups in a rivalry rubber match, 7.5 feels light.

Sunday 2* MLB O/U Play

Bears -2.5

Chicago and Carolina meet in Week 1 and the Bears have the value. Chicago has a lot of expectations this season after their run last year QB Caleb Williams is going to be the key early in the season. They typically leaned on his energy and firepower and that will be the case once again. Chicago’s offense was one of the best last season and Swift in the backfield is going to be another huge weapon. Carolina’s defense is sub par at best and they’re going to struggle with the speed of this offense. Chicago can easily score 30+ on this defense in a lopsided game. Back the Bears.

Sunday 2* NFL ATS Play

Cardinals +10

Arizona and the Chargers will battle in Week 1 and Arizona has value catching a lot of points. The public is pounding the Chargers as they are expected to be one of the top teams in the league. Arizona however, is an intriguing team coming into play. They’re in a new direction with QB Jacoby Brissett, who will look to make a splash early. The veteran QB has fared well overall and has come up with some big plays throughout his career. This is a game where he can expose some of the Chargers issues defensively and get out early with momentum. Arizona has the playmakers on the offensive side and they will have success moving the ball. Back Arizona.

Sunday 1* NFL ATS Play

Vikings -1

Minnesota and Green Bay will renew their rivalry early this season and the Vikings have the value. Minnesota will go with Kyler Murray at QB as they took him from Arizona after a long tenure there for him. Murray never really got things going in Arizona and a change of scenery, with far better weapons, has this team excited about its future. Murray is going to have Justin Jefferson out wide, who is one of the best in the game. The Packers will also be without Josh Jacobs, who is out indefinitely right now. That’s a huge blow after he has a huge year last season. Minnesota has far more weapons and they’re in a good spot here. Back Minnesota.

Sunday 3* NFL ATS Play

Colts +3.5

The Colts and Ravens meet and Indianapolis is the move. This is an overvalue spot on the Ravens, who are entering a new era with head coach, Jesse Minter. He’ll be going on the road into a tough environment and the Colts have a lot of weapons on both sides of the ball. QB Daniel Jones is back after a rapid start to his 2025 season before being forced out with an Achilles I jury. Taylor can set the tone in the backfield and this defense will put a lot of pressure on Lamar Jackson. Indianapolis will keep this close throughout and have their chances to steal this game outright. Back the Colts.

Sunday 4* NFL ATS Play

Titans -120

Tennessee and New York clash in Week 1 and the Titans have tremendous value. Tennessee goes up against a Jets team that retooled a lot in the offseason, but they still have so many missing gaps on both sides of the ball. Geno Smith has been around for a while, but he’s had issues showing that he can compete at high level for a full game. Tennessee’s defense loves to blitz opposing teams and they have a lot of playmakers all around. Cam Ward is in a very big year for this team as he has to not only just improve, but he has to perform. Ward’s got some explosiveness to him and this is a great spot on Tennessee. Back the Titans.

Lions -7

Detroit is the move here against the Saints. Detroit once again has huge aspirations heading into the season. Dan Campbell and his aggressive style continues to be one of the best in the league and this is a great matchup with the Saints. New Orleans continues to bring in new weapons, but defensively they have a lot of gaps. This secondary is going to struggle against the pass attack from Detroit.
